I'd Like to Introduce Myself...
Sharon Coody, CHP, CI
A long time Texas resident, I attended undergraduate and post graduate classes, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Texas Woman's University.  My original focus was on children and adults with learning disabilities and children who had emotional problems interfering with effective learning.   I gravitated to "out of the box" solutions to some of the problems my students had, studying NLP extensively in the 1980s.  Using this approach, I developed The Neuro-cognitive Learning Program and was on the team that developed the Biodata Performance Profile System.

I am an ordained, non-denominational metaphysical minister and offer pastoral counseling as well as the services listed elsewhere on this web site.  I am a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner and Instructor and have been using hypnosis in private practice for more than twenty years to affect positive change to enhance the lives of my clients.  These disciplines, along with a degree in education with specialities for working with students with emotional, behavioral, learning, and physical disabilities, enable me to work with a wide variety of individuals to facilitate change.

Of the past 20 years, I have spent 17 years serving on the board of directors of Humanity United in Giving Internationally, Inc., a non-profit corporation working in the United States as well as several foreign countries to assist disadvantaged families and abused, neglected, or orphaned children.

Of all the things you might like to know about me, the one I believe is the most important is that I approach all change - all behavior -  from a holistic point of view.  We cannot separate ourselves into compartments and address only one part of our Selves.  So I work with an integrated model that addresses body, mind, and spirit - the whole YOU.
